Abstract:

The morphology of digestive system of 8 species of fungus gnats larvae Mycetophi1oidea has been studied. The adaptive peculiarities of the midgut and salivary glands structure ref1ect the •modification of trophic specialization and connect with the main direction of adaptogenesis of fungus gnats larvae. The lengthening of oesophagus and hindgut, special situation of midgut in some forms are not connected with nutrition type and have a nature of particular adaptations.
