Boletina-GS-spA

A second undescribed species from Spitsbergen, Svalbard, recorded from several locations. The species seemingly appears rather late in the short arctic summer. To me, the most striking feature is the unique outline of the gonocoxal lobes.

Great!!! I saw this one in CNC! No doubts, it was the same species. As Boletina sp 21, Hazen Camp  81.49N 71.18W  2.8. 1962 R.B. Madge, 4 males. By the way, Boletina-GS-spA is already preoccupied (I have used it for the commonest species of the digitata

complex).
